Lou Weber got his start while in college working on his BA in Business and working for a small builder/Developer who spotted his talent and offered to spot him a lot to be paid when the house was sold.

Lou, during this time, successfully built several homes. He had a natural ability to learn the skills that were needed, from concrete footings and slabs, framing, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, interior and exterior trim, painting, sales and marketing.

He became Charlotte’s third largest builder in 1981 and the largest solar home builder in NC.

For the last twenty plus years he’s been serving the needs of clients in their remodeling and renovation projects and in the last few years involved in Outdoor Living projects as well.

Lou’s lifelong involvement in Real Estate, having owned a realty company, Land Acquisition and Devlopment Company, as well as Custom and Tract Home Building and early hands-on experience in all aspects of construction gives him a unique advantage for cost control and superb quality products with unmatched customer satisfaction.
